Please note, I am currently seeing clients via Teletherapy only

Teletherapy

I have moved my practice to 100% telehealth. At the time of our session I will send you a link to the telehealth video platform where you can click and connect with me. My clients have said they find telehealth sessions convenient and better for their schedules.

Before our sessions, please be sure you are situated in a private room/area and have a reliable internet connection. I am also able to meet with clients over the phone if it is a better fit.

Helpful things to consider before getting started with counseling

  • I provide therapeutic services for individual adults

  • I have availability Monday through Thursday

  • Before we start therapy together, please feel free to email me (thad@thadfryecounseling.com) so we can arrange a free 20-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit for one another

  • There is usually some initial relief gained just by starting the counseling process

  • Research suggests that the strength of the therapist-client relationship, and a client's personal determination and strengths, are the most important indicators dictating whether an individual accomplishes their goals in therapy

  • Consider that therapy takes work; but through therapy you can attain the life you want for yourself

Good Faith Estimate

Under the Federal No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Note: A Good Faith Estimate is for your awareness only. It does NOT involve you needing to make any type of commitment to the length or frequency of therapy sessions. More information on the Good Faith Estimate can be found here: Good Faith Estimate.
